We have found it useful in supporting psychology practitioners to improve their prompts to be able to re-run generation within 30 days after the consult or unless it is deleted manually. We have a prompt testing tool that enables practitioners to test their new prompts against previous sessions. This process improves the quality of the output for the practitioner and helps them to iteratively improve their notes over time. A number of our practitioners also record their sessions one day and return to their finalize their clinical notes, medical letters and reports at a later time. It is rare for psychology practitioners to complete a session and then immediately complete their paperwork in the same day. So if they have questions about the clinical session and want to iterate on that output, a 30 day window allows them enough time to ask for help and support.
Absolutely, you can delete your session at any time. Just go to the session page, click on the three dots in the top right corner, and select Delete. It will state "Session has been marked for deletion. All data associated with the session will be destroyed." and this occurs within seconds.
